Dr. Lincoln Jimenez, MD

I was in the Hospital on Direct admitted due to severe low back pain.Dr Jeminez as well Dr Hampton both had very professional bed side manner with me , constantly checking on me daily and giving me any and all updated medical information to me that was available to them for review.Doctor Hampton came in every day and went through my images in my presence to explain in detail each and every angle of the images and what they meant in my understand terms.As well Doctor Jeminez followed in right away and reinterated the same medical conditions and what they may or may not be able to do up to that particular point.I have had additional test since then for them to review for my follow up neurosurgeon appointment Tomorrow.I have since suffered severe pain in my lower back to the point of not being able to walk from point A to point B in my own home without having to hold onto the walls or doors without having to collapse under my legs from not being able to stand but a few seconds at a time.

Dr Jimenez put a Stent in my cartoid artery in my neck, I had a aneurysm. This Dr. Is not like all the Dr's. I have been to. He has a gift of knowledge,compassion and a bedside matter that will ease your fears. I would highly recommend Dr Jimenez. BEST SURGEON IN PENSACOLA hands down

I have had back issues most of my life in the past 25 years I would go for injections to get me through six months then I would have another injection and that worked fine until last May I went for my normal injection. It didn’t work I went back in June for a second injection and it didn’t work, at that point my pain control doctor recommended that I think about surgery. So he did some MRIs, on the MRI they thought they found a very serious infection that if it were to get into my bloodstream, it could be life-threatening and they put me in the hospital. While in the hospital, Dr. Jimenez came by to visit, it was like divine intervention because he had not been asked to come. He was checking on a patient that could possibly have a serious problem. As it turns out the infection wasn’t serious, but Dr. Jimenez took me on as a Patient. We discussed many procedures, and decided on a two procedure surgery because of the time length it would take for me to be sedated. Turns out I had three surgeries in six days. Everything he told me came to fruition. He also told me if I did is I was told that within a year I would be probably good as new. At that point I was just hoping for 50% improvement. I am at my six month mark, and I’m doing better than he had anticipated and I feel I am at 85 to 90% improvement. The excruciating pain that I had dealt with for years is no longer there. Would I recommend this doctor, you bet I would. He’s compassionate, he’s empathetic, he truly has a gift. I will see him in six months for my yearly check up, and I hope by then I will be as close to 100% as possible. None of this would have happened. Had he not walked into my room that day. God works in mysterious ways and he led Dr. Lincoln Jimenez to me. I will forever be grateful for his Expertise and caring attitude.

Dr. Jimenez is an angel! I rate him beyond 5 stars and would highly recommend him to anyone who might be in need of back surgery! He is extremely competent and takes a personal caring involvement in the patient's success - from the start to the finish! My wife was 75 years old at the time of her back operation (lower lumbar) and was in fear of the outcome. However, she knew something had to be done to end her continuous back pain and surgery was the only answer! The operation on September 27, 2022 lasted 7 hours and was a real challenge but in the end, he completed the process with "flying colors"! He is most confident in his abilities to solve problems and takes a personal concern (like being apart of the family) to follow up with the final results.Before and after the operation, he goes into complete detail with the patient of how and what is required or needed to make things successful. We thank him from the bottom of our hearts for his professional efforts! My wife is now without pain in her back and can enjoy a renewed quality of life. Thank you Dr. Jimenez!

I am so relieved after having a cyst removed from my L4 & L5 and some cleaning out of arthritis which had been compressing the spinal nerves by Dr. Jimenez. I was referred by my Neurologist to him. He was absolutely wonderful--from the first time he reviewed my MRI results to the day before surgery when he went over exactly what he would be doing and the possibility of 'what ifs' if they occurred when he opened me up. I was literally up and moving with very little to no pain meds needed within 72 hours. I was able to go back to work from home due to not being able to drive for a couple of weeks. I feel 100% better than I did the day before my surgery. He is very professional and patient with questions or concerns by explaining procedures and results in detail using layman's terms so I understood. His staff is also wonderful and helpful. I only have positive things to say from my experience with Dr. Jimenez and his office.

I have a very complicated health history, due to a rare genetic connective tissue disorder. I did much research to find an experienced, well educated neurosurgeon. (As a nurse of 25 years, I tend to be very particular) Dr. Jimenez had great credentials, including extensive practice at Cincinnati Brain and Spine. Dr. Jimenez throughly reviewed my medical records and prior tests. He spent a good amount of time completing the physical assessment and discussed my situation, with great confidence, ideas, suggestions, and recommended further testing. I felt at ease with his competence. He is very personable and kind. I look forward to entrusting him with my care.

Dr. Jimenez treated and removed my Hemangioblastoma tumor. I was in my 3rd trimester of pregnancy and was very sick and had severe headaches, it was discovered I had a tumor pushing on my cerebellum causing me a lot of pain. I would recommend Dr. Jimenez, he put me and my family at ease during a scary time. My recovery was very quick and my appointments with Dr. Jimenez were thorough and efficient. I look forward to my appointments and will continue to 100% recovery.

Dr. Lincoln Jimenez, MD recently performed a procedure on my spine. I have found him to be very knowledgeable, caring, and easy to talk to. The procedure went well, and the outcome was very satisfactory. I would recommend Dr Jimenez for anyone that is looking for a physician that is happy and willing to work with the patient and explain every aspect of the work to be performed, as well as great follow-up.

Everything was exactly as he said. He was very thorough in his explanation before surgery. He will be the surgeon I go to again for the next time my my back needs fusing and caging!

Incredible neurosurgeon. Saved my husbands life (Subarachnoid hemorrhage). Jimenez is extremely caring & listens well to your questions. He answers them thoroughly, until you understand. We have our first follow up appointment with him tomorrow, & we cannot wait to thank him again. Very down to earth wonderful guy.
