Horrible…truly horrible
The doctor should have specialized in finance…not medicine, as the only thing she and her crazy manager care about is money.

An excellent choice!
Dr. Doan has been my primary doctor for about 20 years. She is a caring, thorough doctor who provides essential advice and prescriptions. She refers me to other specialists when needed. Dr Doan is personable while being organized and efficient. I think Dr. Doan and her staff provide excellent medical care.

Dr “No.” More concerned about saving fifteen cents than patient’s needs. She is physically uncomfortable hence somewhat inattentive. Rushes out without checking if patient has any further concerns.

There are a few things that I was disappointed about w/ regards to Dr. Doan, one of them being the fact that she doesn't do ANYTHING electronically, each script/lab has to be picked up in person. A few responses that she gave me when I went to see her were not what I would expect from a doctor, and the receptionist wasn't very friendly when I recently called.

I should have been leary when I made my new patient appt. They said they would mail my New Patient Package. I asked if they would email it and was told they do not use email. My initial visit was horrible. I arrived early, yet waited about an hour for her to see me. After she went over all my current doctors and meds, she informed me that she does nothing electronically, they don't use computers! All scripts need to be picked up in person. And she told me that if I left self-addressed, stamped envelopes she would mail all referrals, scripts, etc. How archaic is this? Then she started to walk out. I asked what about the issues I came in for, like low blood pressure? Her response, "your low blood pressure is probably due to the meds you're taking" and left. Really? I am definitely not going back.

I had been a patient of hers for years. I needed a letter saying I was free from any disease for a visa to live and work in Spain for a year. Her nurse told me she couldn’t because what if I pulled an Amanda Knox or did something, Doan would be liable. Seriously? I did see a therapist after my brother died so I found her refusal discriminatory. I didn’t even get to see Doan, she told her nurse to tell me. I went to my old Primary Care doctor and had my letter within 5 minutes. Never saw Doan again. She doesn’t seem to like her job.

Didn't get past office staff to see Dr Doan's NP. I arrived 2 minutes early for my appointment but had been told to come 30 minutes early for new patient paperwork. My very messed up stomach didn't allow me to leave in time for the paperwork. They told me right away I could not be seen. I said I would fillout the paper which took about seven minutes. their were no other patients in the waiting room. I was in to much pain and discomfort to complain or argue. Told to come back on Monday.
