I went to Edina Family Physicians to get a referral for deep tissue massage and possible chiropractic treatment for my lower back pain due to a car accident. Dr. Johnson was helpful but while I was waiting in the room to get the papers, I could hear the staff of nurses in the room making fun of me. One said "I want to get a referral for massages" and laughed. Another said, "I want to get a referral for a hot tub" they all laughed. I started to cry. I left crying and never plan to go back.
