I went to the office with UTI symptoms. A urine sample was taken BUT no culture was performed????? The anti-biotic was not the right one. No one called to tell me that no culture was done and they just called in a different antibiotic. I have emailed the Dr. using the patient portal but only the nurse gets back to me The doctor is MIA ! I don't believe she even knows that I'm suffering. It’s been 12 days taking antibiotics and I’m still suffering. No empathy at this office.

Dr. Melendez-Torres is part of Complete Health in Edgewater, Florida. I feel very lucky to be a patient there and I feel that my doctor pays attention to what is happening with my various medications and blood test results. She is very attentive and answers any questions I have about my prescriptions and test results.

This is the sorriest doctor ever. Can't get prescriptions right. Her staff are rude. Don't even try. Don't waste your time. BAD DOCTOR

My favorite Doctor has let me down hard. Without notice she has closed her office and did not respond to the refill requests from my pharmacy nor did she send the abdominal scans from Advent Health to my gastroenterologist. As of right now she is unreachable and finding a new appointment with an other physician may well be impossible. I'd like to know what she was thinking when she left me out to dry. I am out of 3 of my medications and I am at a heath risk without them. I may end up in the emergency tonight thanks to this thoughtless doctor.

I have been in Edgewater Florida for a little over a year and needed to find a Doctor. I set up an appointment to see this Dr. Melendez and I am so happy I went to see her !! She is a wonderful and caring Doctor, spends time listening, very attentive, goes over test results without rushing her patients and is just a wonderful person. Her staff is also very patient friendly and so is her office manager !! I am 60 years old and been to many Doctors by far shes the best I have found, Thanks so much
