Dr. Dr. Dr. Nguyen is knowledgeable about all the endocrinology dealing with my situation. She has been very thorough in diagnosis and care of my health issues. She takes the amount of time needed and follows up.

Superficially, Very Nice, but Not a Great Doctor
Dr. Nguyen is very nice. Nice, however, does not get stars. Good medical care, attention to patients, communication, and the desire to coordinate care for different conditions gets stars and she fails. Dr. Nguyen rarely check for messages in MyChart. She prescribed something for my husband in October 2023 that was denied by insurance. ExpressScripts contacted her and Dr. Nguyen failed to provide them the information they needed to approve. Then she failed to notify my husband of this. One of the people in her office, in a conversation, stated that Dr. Nguyen 'referred to a weight loss clinic' but was unable to say where, when, or with which clinic. The office person then backtracked and said, 'she wants YOU to find a weight loss clinic.' This is unacceptable medical practice. Dr. Nguyen is a 'sweet girl' but not a great doctor. She certainly is a below-average communicator. It appears she's just in it for the title of 'Doctor'. Her FIVE years of experience is NOT 'extensive'.
