Yesterday's appointment felt very rushed. Doctor didn't follow up on serious issues (back pain, depression) raised in a previous appointment, which was only 2 weeks ago.

In fact I have already recommended Dr Gubernick to others. It's an understatement to say I was pleasantly surprised by how attentive Dr Gubernick was on the call, given how busy Cedars doctors are. She responded personably, intelligently and specifically to all my questions. She helped me with an affordable way to obtain my Rx that had been out of my reach, as well as several medical concerns. In addition, I appreciate all those on her staff that I've encountered. They've been friendly and helpful. The out-pt surgical facility at 450 N Roxbury, # 600, Beverly Hills, CA 90210, was excellent, except that when I arrived, they said that they didn't have me on the schedule. They immediately made the right contact to get that omission corrected, so again, no problem. I greatly appreciated all concerned and how cooperative they all were in dealing with the situation. The problem was probably due to the technical issues, and not due to anyone's dropping the ball.' My Cedars doctors along ...
