Been a patient for 14 months and truly enjoy going everytime. Explanation of medications broken down simply and succinctly. Encourages and challenges in a way that is just right.Staff is top notch. Extremely helpful in all areas. Deals effectively with insurance missteps and follows through in timely fashion.I feel confident we will accomplish our goals and I don't want to disappoint her.

Dr Wiles is very professional, compassionate and caring. She goes above and beyond really listening to her patients. Explaining and collaborating different approaches to a positive health plan. She is such a blessing and truly cares. She can be hard to get an appointment with because she is so amazing! But I can assure you she is worth the wait. I am so glad I found Dr. Wiles.

Dr. Wiles is the absolute best Dr. I have ever seen. I called today to make an appointment with her and they told me she was no longer at the office and they were not sure where she went. I am completely devastated!!!!

I've followed her from the original Riverview office to lithia and now on to Tampa. I can't say enough good things about Dr wiles. She genuinely cares about her patients, she listens to your concerns and comes up with the appropriate solutions without rushing through like so many other doctors do.

So I left a review for this Dr and now it is not there. Hmmmm.... Not only did she not care to treat me but now is hiding her bad reviews. Oh and she is not no longer at the practice I saw her at.

All my visits with Dr. Wiles, are always with clarity, precise understanding she goes out of her to investigate and research to find another solution to any issue. She’s caring and most important very dedicated also have a beautiful heart. She’s a compassionate and professional Doctor, she’s one one of the best .

Dr Wiles has been my PCM for two years. This visit was to review status of issues I'd seen her about previously. She also ensured I was aware she would be leaving Family Medicine soon to specialize. (I had previously been advised by the staff via a phone call.) We discussed possible replacements as my PCM and I advised her of my preference. Dr Wiles is the finest PCM I have known in my 60+ years. I was impressed with her consistently personable approach that both informed and encouraged discussion in a caring atmosphere. She was also very responsive to email questions that I had between visits. While I regret losing her as my PCM I am pleased to know that such an outstanding doctor is remaining with Tampa General and I have advised my spouse, who has an interest in Dr. Wiles' chosen specialty, to seek a referral to see her.

Dr. Wiles has been my Doctor for years and years. I have never felt like a Doctor listened and heard me like she does. She truly cares about her patient's well being and needs. She is not just a doctor, she is a partner in my health. She does not just prescribe meds and leave the exam room, she is always willing to discuss the entire spectrum of factors concerning my health and she is always available and approachable if I have a new health concern. I could not ask for more in a Doctor. Thank you Dr Wiles for taking such good care of me over these many Years.

The wait time was short. The staff was friendly. The doctor was very attentive and personable. She made me feel like she cared about me and my concerns.
