Excellent Surgeon
I needed abdominal surgery in North Carolina where I am a part-time resident from Florida. I consulted with Dr. McPhail because I did not want to wait to go back home. She gave me the details-good and bad-about what might and should happen and joked that she wasn't doing a good job of selling her services by being so honest. But I also saw that she was highly experienced with robotic surgery. I am a sports guy (ok, an old sports guy, but still a sports guy) and I wanted to know how long I would be out of action. She told me two weeks and I said to myself yeah, right. But it was almost exactly two weeks and I was back at it with no problems. I was very impressed with Dr. McPhail both personally and professionally. I hope I never need surgery again but if I do, I will be on the next plane to Asheville.

Dr.McPhail is a terrific Dr.She made me feel very comfortable and confident...She took care of my cysts with no drama.I would reccommend her to anyone needing surgery.

I had a laparoscopic cholecystectomy with Dr McPhail TODAY!! NOW I AM HOME... That is a gallbladder removal. I highly recommend this skilled surgeon because she was FABULOUS !!!!!and all of the staff at this facility on Medical Park Drive at the Regional Surgical Center were incredible.. My anesthesiologist ,Dr Blue ,was super and so good at explaining everything. My nurses were excellent. I wish I could name all of them. I feel so much better IMMEDIATELY..Weeks of suffering have been completely eliminated. The surgical Center is a wonderful place with a great staff. Dr McPhail is a wonderful surgeon , and from the very beginning of the consult to the end with the surgery, I will recommend her with 10 Stars if they are available.?????????? Debra Simons Asheville

I had an infected abcess removed from my arm by Dr. Mc Phail. It was almost painless. She took her time while numbing the area and made sure there would be no pain during the procedure. Very freindly and professional.

I was hospitalized for 9 days with diverticulitis (with perforation) and had Lindsee McPhail as my doctor. I honestly believe I wouldn't have been released as early as I did if it wasn't for Doctor McPhail. She listened to all my concerns, made sure I understood my condition and was happy to clarify-answer any questions I had.
