Very patient !
I had a traumatic ankle injury that required surgery. Dr. Lindsey is amazing. She calmed me down and guided me every step of the way. Her office staff is also kind and caring.

Not Caring
Abrupt. Ignored important facts that I was telling her. Was told to repeat stretches & exercises that have never helped my condition. Ignored results of the diagnostic test. Interrupts.

If there could be a negative amount of stars that’s what I’d give this doctor. She rushed through the visit without any explanation of what she was doing to my daughter. She wouldn’t allow me, her mother, to speak. She told me she wanted to “hear from her”. When asked q simple question as to what caused the problem she shrugged and walked away. My daughter was in EXTREME pain, a few days later, but this doctor refused to give a note to excuse her from gym, saying “standard procedure/ you’re fine”. At her follow up appointment she said “you’re healed”, even though she was still in some pain. The doctor bragged that she’d run a marathon after the same procedure. And walked away. I will never set foot (no pun here) in this office again.

Rushed is the correct statement, and bring your credit card you are not leaving until paid. Does not take car credit. Too many rules for me and wait until you print out the forms quite a few to say the least.

Zero bedside manner. Very abrupt & can’t get out of the room fast enough. I was told to return for another follow up visit after surgery. Then was told at the appt I owed $85 for the visit. While unemployed and uninsured due to Covid this is a lot of money for me. Dr. Calligaro claimed I was told abt having to pay for the visit. This is not the case. Had I known, I would have cancelled the appointment. I was surprised she wanted me to come back at all since my surgery was in July and is completely healed. $85 dollars later, I now know why. Additionally, she was literally in the examine room for 2 minutes. I will be looking for a new podiatrist.

Don’t waste you time with this office. They only care is about money, not you. It explains why there is no wait time.

Dr not caring of patient needs. Did not receive care instructions and was abrupt with incomplete answers and concerns of patient. Staff seems to know more about care than doctor.

Office staff Is unprofessional rude and horrible . Not knowkedgeable and a poor reflection of this office. I would hire new people or they will lose lots of patients . I've heard of two infections already due to office staff kabashes.

This Dr. Office is all about money, they have no real concern for Pediatric patients!!! Dr. Lindsey Calligaro was great our first visit but her staff is not courteous especially with new patients!!! The service and aggravation dealing with the staff is not worth the headache! Find another Dr. because this place is money hungry and not trained well on patient care nor patient satisfaction!!! Run, take your insurance money to a more reputable place!!! This review is for the Wayne office.

Went to Dr. Calligaro for what felt like a lump on the bottom of my foot, which did not hurt. I was told that I had a broken foot and that I'd have to be in a walking boot for 4 weeks. I went to my sports medicine, orthopedic surgeon 5 days later (when the lump was no longer there) for a 2nd opinion and after examining my foot and taking 3 x-rays, told me that I did not have a broken foot. I got back to my martial arts training that day with no problems. I still had to pay Dr. Calligaro.

Dr. Lindsey Calligaro is a professional, confident and very competent podiatrist. I had Achilles heel spur surgery which went exactly as she had explained. Dr. Calligaro was prompt in responding to questions during my recovery via phone and email. The post operation office visits were on time and her friendly personality made for pleasant visits. I would highly recommend Dr. L. Calligaro.

I'd been to several podiatrists before being recommended to this office. Dr Lindsey listened to my concerns and was clear and thorough about my options and after she had performed the Bunyan surgery, I am very happy with the results. I wish I'd seen her first instead of suffering for a year after I fell!
