Terrible Experience
My Mom’s appointment was at 10:30 didn’t see Dr. Faber until 11:55. Waited an hour and a half and she was so flustered and preoccupied that she never really even asked any questions nor did she apologize for making us wait so long. My Mom is very upset by the experience and felt as though the doctor didn’t care at all about her or any of her health issues. She never once asked my Mom how she is, how is she feeling or what she was looking for as her primary care doctor. My Mom is going through stage 4 cancer and really needs a primary care doctor as part of her team and Dr. Faber gave the impression she had zero interest in being a part of her team. Very disappointed and felt as though My Mom was a bother. Zero respect for our time and the pain my Mom is going through. She was so disconnected from the appointment we wish we would have just left and never saw her at all. Unfortunate, when a doctor has no care or compassion. She spent 10-15minutes total. Would not recommend based on this

Due to Covid 19 this was a virtual yearly examination. Dr. Farber spent one hour with me on the phone and is extremely nice and detailed. She left no question unturned. I have never had such a thorough appointment with a doctor and that includes when we all used to visit the doctor in their office. I am thrilled Dr. Farber is my new doctor (my former doctor moved away) and I know, without a doubt, I am in excellent hands.
