She was hands down the best doctor I’ve ever seen. Caring, intelligent and understanding. She has helped me manage my pain not only by medication but also education. She is sincere and caring. If your truly looking for one of the best doctors…she is the real deal.

Can you give a zero? She was AWFUL! From the minute the door opened, rude, abrasive, and treated me like some kind of addict! Was very confrontational and accusatory! I have never flunked a drug screen, and never abused the medicine! The only reason I went to her is because my PM doctor retired this month! I highly suggest she remembers to treat her patients without such judgmental ridiculousness!! I have never been treated so horribly! Orders for a bunch of tests, which my insurance wouldn’t approve because they’ve been done, and flat out told me that she would not write any scripts of any kind until these tests are done! Was in the office for approximately 5 minutes!!! I have reported her to many other sites, so don’t waste your time, unless you enjoy being dismissed with absolutely no help!!

Dr. Lisa Brown is an AMAZING person and physician. I spent 4 months stuck in bed with a severe spinal injury being sent in circles by doctors and my insurance company. She is the first doctor that fought for me. She got me into a surgeon immediately and I'm having surgery next week. I'm so excited to be pain-free soon. I will never forget her kindness. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

Dr. Lisa Brown used anesthesia on my for 2 procedures. I asked her several times if I could get them done without anesthesia, and she said no. I came to find out that anesthesia is unnecessary and unreasonable for this procedure. NO other doctors in my geographical area use it for these procedures. My insurance co. denied coverage for the anesthesiologists. This puts patients at risk and is unethical. I also caught Dr. Brown in several lies.

I wouldn’t even tell my ex to see this doctor, let alone someone I like. She was rude the very second she opened the door. Her bedside manner, in a word, SUCKS, just like her attitude. She told me she didn’t think she had anything to offer me, treating me like an addict because my present PM has me on a conservative pain medication schedule, saying she doesn’t write scripts for pain meds. My remark was that she obviously didn’t want to help me, then said she didn’t say that! She gets an F-!

She did a great job administering pain treatment. She can be a bit terse at times when it comes to explaining exactly what might go on during a procedure, though she gladly answers any questions. You have to be proactive with this one. She has a good sense of humor as well. Her staff is quite friendly for the most part and did what they could to make me feel comfortable. Scheduling was good for consultations but time for treatment are limited for things such as injections.
