Dr. Lisa Ingram, MD

I've been a patient of Dr. Ingram's since 2012. I’ve been working through several conditions with her and trust her recommendations. We have very candid conversations about my symptoms and preferences. She considers the questions I have regarding the course of treatment and makes adjustments as needed. While there has been some adjusting since the practice became part of the UC Health, I’d have to say it’s overall a great experience.

I have been her patient for 3 years and there has been a decline in care and ability to get an appointment over the last year. Recently contacted her regarding an ongoing condition that Dr Ingram had been addressing for 2 years for help with an acute increase in symptoms and was told to "book an appointment". First available appointment is 6 weeks away. The other medical professionals in her office are much more helpful and responsive to messages, questions, appointments for acute situations etc.

Without a doubt, the nastiest, rudest doctor I have ever met. I have had excellent relationships with all my doctors before and after. Never again.

If you are looking for a wonderful primary care physician, stop looking. You have found her. Dr Ingram is caring, LISTENS to your concerns and is very knowledgeable. If she can't help you, she refers you to someone who can. I have been going to her for over 7 years. I cannot say enough good things about her and her staff. She's absolutely awesome. Usually when you see a doctor it is rather stressful. Not with Dr Ingram. Her office has a very relaxed atmosphere even though it's always busy. 5 stars all the way around.

Dr. Ingram is the best of the best. Her way of dealing with patients is outstanding. She listens and never rushes you. I have been her patient for over 15 years and will follow her wherever she goes.

Dr. Ingram has been the finest family doctor I've ever had. She has taken such great care of me and my family. Many doctors try to rush you in and out, but not Dr. Ingram. She makes you feel like you're her number one priority. She's gentle, compassionate, understanding, trustworthy, sympathetic, and very smart. Most people dread going to the doctor, but I don't because seeing her is always a pleasure no matter what the circumstances.

I like Dr. Ingram very much. She is thorough in her questions and also friendly. She is a good diagnostician. I have been seeing her for about four years. I also like the other staff in the practice. It has been easy to get appointments. I have never waited more than five minutes when I have an appointment.
