She was “nice” but that's all. Worst IUD experience ever, and I’ve had it done 3 times. It actually hurt and still hurts 1.5 weeks later. Not normal. May have to consider removing it. She was not open to listening and responding on concerns I had about my hormones and labs within her care. She wasn’t willing to do basic labs which all drs can do. All her answers were so generic, Google answers. And it was clear she didn’t want to help and just disregarded it. I get zero sun exposure and she said that’s not a concern. I told her I felt off and need my labs done, she said nothing to worry about. I made suggestions I’d like to try to help myself, she said I’m normal. I know my body and when something is wrong. She kindly gaslit me. She said she’d write me my prescription I’ve had for years to pick up, it wasn’t sent it, and still 10 days later, no prescription. Completely unacceptable.

She was very nice, but did not really listen to all my concerns. I also went there to check something very specific that was not done. Cancer runs in my family so I wanted to be screened for that. Two of my aunts and two female cousins died from cancer. According to the Mayo clinic and my old PCP that makes me high risk. I personally, will not be going back.

She's okay but unfortunately doesn't ask many questions. Didn't introduce herself and her badge was turned around. When I asked how I should refer to her and tried to look at her badge, she got offended at my question. When I talked about my pain during intercourse and bleeding afterwards she immediately made it an issue that since I had been abused as a child that was my problem and referred me to a mental health facility that is closed down, instead of asking me more questions such as how long that had been an issue. Which I have been through therapy a couple of times already and this issue has been just occurring recently. No exploratory questions just assumptions about me and my body. So unprofessional. I have also read reviews on vitals.com and am now trying to check on the new Gyno that I requested. Some people are just in things for money or have burnout.
