Dr. Lisa Larkin, MD

While her office staff and other providers are amazing. Larkin has the worst bedside manner (male or female) I have encountered. Arrogant, judgmental, and lacks compassion. Thankfully others in her office are amazing.

Dr. Larkin and her team are exceptional. Yes, it is a concierge practice that you decide how to engage based on your needs, but the membership is a no-brainer. You are listened to and consulted with, and there is a true partnership. I've never been told, 'Oh, you're just anxious' when presenting unclear issues, as I have been by many providers. I've had meaningful conversations about the research and data that support specific treatment decisions. Dr. Larkin extended her availability to me when I was in significant pain and assured me that I was not a burden on her practice for needing to advocate for quick treatment. I highly recommend Dr. Larkin and her entire practice.

In the several years I have belonged to the practice, I have never seen Dr. Larkin in the office. I had blood work done and did not receive any follow-up. I called weeks later and they finally gave me the results. Very poor service and follow-up.

Dr. Larkin helped us out during Covid and was amazing.

Dr. Larkin takes the time to talk with her patients. I have been with Dr. Larkin for 23years. I would recommend her to anyone, male or female.

I’ve never seen Dr Larkin at her practice but I’ve been a member of the practice for about 2 years and have not been impressed at all. They are disorganized, the staff who answers the phone is rude and seems annoyed to be bothered. I spoke to the weekend person once bc I was wondering if I should go to the ER or wait to see the doctor and the woman asked zero questions and just said it was up to me without even asking what was going on. Also they don’t seem to care why you’re cancelling your membership. No “how can we do better” or anything. Really disappointing experience and I would not recommend going here.

Dr. Larkin is a great doctor but is often traveling or unavailable. If you select her as your provider and pay the membership fee thinking you'll get her when you need her, be aware many times you'll be seen someone else. Office has gone through a number of changes and additions. NaviMed provider left and it was not communicated to patients who were paying for service. Billing print outs are a work in progress for the practice.

Amazing doctor--perfect balance of people skills mixed w/ technical knowledge/background...great "gut sense", curiosity & detective-like driven diagnosis skills. Also, a very nice & interesting person. I would highly recommend.

Dr. Larkin and staff are very knowledgable, patient, kind, and thoughtful. I have full confidence in their practice.

She started a new practice that does not accept insurance with an objective to provide a higher level of service with focus on time with patients. Great concept but not how she practices. Spent whole time with her face in the computer. Rarely made eye contact. Actually yelled at me and told me I was wrong. Far from what was advertised. If you are looking for a caring doctor, who listens to your need, and show some empathy, don't waste your time with Lisa Larkin. Conscierge service? No way!

This is not corporate medicine with time limits on visits. This is the best of the best superior class healthcare. I love it!

Dr. Larkin and her staff are EXCEPTIONAL in every way possible. I have found her to be adept with the unexpected, odd issues that often accompany serious, chronic illness. Incredibly bright, caring, unusually helpful, and exactly the doctor you want on your side if you are managing serious or chronic illness. She is irreplaceable. we all know the importance of a doctor's staff. If there is a team of people more on the ball, I have no idea where you'd find them. UNBELIEVABLY WARM and HELPFUL.!!

Dr. Larkin, always takes good care of me and my concerns. Recently she was out-of-town when I contacted her and she immediately had Rob contact me and resolve my issues. I love the personal touch of Dr. Larkin and shall rely on her.

Thx to Dr. Larkin, I feel well after 7 yrs of being chronic illness! Dr. L listens to her patients. We are not just test results. She thinks outside the box. When I didn't fit the "norm," other docs dismissed me - Dr. L dug deeper to figure out what was wrong. . By taking a bit of xtra time to get to know pts, she can treat the whole person, making her 3X effective. Her great staff shepherds patients thru today's "health care web. Dr. Larkin wants the very best for her patients. She is a medical detective, she never stops searching until she finds "the problem." She is incredibly kind and she is 100% with you during your appointment slot. Every quality you want in your doctor-she has and then some.

I have been her patient for about 10 years and in that time I have become more and more happy with the care I receive from her and her office. She is proactive, considerate and attuned to the patient's welfare.

I am entirely comfortable with the practice and the staff who are there. Even though they are now part of UC Health (Guess I have Obamacare to thank for that), the core staff has the best interest of the patient in mind. I would recommend Dr Larkin and the practice as a whole. Don't let the Womens Health designator keep you away, they do see us guys as well.
