Dr. Lisa Miller, MD

She made me feel like the worst mother when i opted to not have my daughter get the HPV vaccine. She had two assistants usher my daughter out of the room without my permission while she continued to harass me about it. This was after I had two friends whose daughters had serious side effects from the vaccine! I will never set foot in her office again!

We love Dr. Miller. She's fun to talk to for us and for the kids. She's a great and thorough pediatrician and very knowledgeable. I'm a third year medical student so sometimes I can get a little paranoid about symptoms my kids are having. She's done a really great job at keeping my fear at bay. She patiently explains to me why a problem is not suspected and will even order appropriate testing to rule something out if I still don't feel comfortable. There has been a lot of sleepless nights of worry that her reassurance and/or testing have cured. I'm very grateful for her!

I sincerely hope for your sake that Dr. Miller is not your rounding pediatrician if you give birth at St. Rose Siena. Our experience with her was absolutely terrible. Our baby had jaundice two days after delivery and Dr. Miller made multiple comments suggesting I had somehow caused this. She blamed me for having high blood pressure at the end of my pregnancy (asked me if I was working too much) and also told me that it had been too long from the time my water had broken to the time I delivered (she ended up having her numbers wrong on this). She made me feel absolutely terrible as a first time mom and led us to believe our baby was dehydrated and sick. We went to our regular pediatrician the NEXT day and he said our baby looked perfectly healthy. I am a nurse practitioner and my husband is a pharmacist--and we were shocked at how poor her bedside manner was.

Horrible doctor, rude and insulting to her child patients. Made racially insensitive and insulting comments about my baby's hair.
