Very positive experience, my Dr. with the same practice was unavailable. I needed to be seen asap that day and she was able to see me. She listened to my reasons for the visit and my past experience with similar medical issues like this. She examined me and agreed with my opinion for the reason for my problem and the past treatment for similar problems could be used again with her oversight and her treatment program

Dr Posey quickly diagnosed my problem, treated it, wrote prescriptions and gave me information and products to continue treatment at home. More hands on than any ENT I've seen.

Learned I have a deviated septumShe explained everything very throughly and answered all my questions appropriately.

Dr. Posey listens, reviews history, completely takes care of current condition and is concerned with overall health and wellness.

Dr Posey did a great job straightening my deviated septum and removing some other tissue to improve my nighttime breathing. I saw her another time in which she clarified that a different problem I was worried about was not something serious. I find her to be a knowledgeable, thorough and empathetic doctor, and the results and ease of recovery from my surgery indicated to me that she is highly skilled at her work. Would definitely recommend.

Dr. Posey was kind and friendly and listened to all I had to say. She asked many questions and took the time to explain my condition. I did not feel rushed.

She was highly recommended and did not disappoint. She has a wealth of knowledge and really cares about what’s best for her patients.

Every time I see Dr. Posey for ear problems I always feel that I’m seeing the best doctor in that field.She is very gentle, and caring.

Dr. Posey was direct, honest and empathetic about my vocal cord condition and I greatly appreciated that. She also got me in to see a speech pathologist the next day and that showed me how caring she is and her willingness to go above and beyond. Thank you!

Waited 2 months to get in for an appt, which i completly understand. I Arrived on time and waited 45 minutes to get called to the room by the nurse. Waited anther 15-20 minutes in room only for the Dr. to quickly, and i nean RAPID speed, check my e,n and t and tell me she wishes there something she could do for me. I had to pry out of her any recommendations to other specialists she think may be able to help me. Also had to listen to the front desk staff talk badly about a patient that had just called. This Dr. came highly recommended and I was not impressed. .NOT impressed.

Dr. Posey is professional, a great listener, careful explainer of your issues and possible solutions and overall a very caring ENT doctor.

I have seen Dr Posey on a few occasions. She was very deliberate in her steps to diagonse the situation. She explained each procedure and answered my questions based on the known elements. Once the results came back she was professional and compassionate explaining the next steps. Her diagnosis has always been thorough and complete.
