Dr. Lisa Roberts, MD

I had an appointment with Dr. Roberts at 3:00 pm as a new patient. I arrived at 2:15 pm to fill paperwork and not make her wait. Nurses kept on telling me that the doctor was with other patients and delayed. At 4:15 pm a nurse said that Roberts was delivering a baby and will not be in, if I wanted to see another doctor, soon; I agreed. The other doctor never came; after I asked 3 times when would the doctor come, I started to change and then, at 5:18 pm a Nurse Practitioner came to see me. The customer service of the nursing staff of Dr. Roberts is awful and with no respect for a patient's time or concerns. This is clearly due to their lack of training and very low social skills. I would highly recommend no lady to go to Roberts, who does not train professionally her staff, and reflects very poorly or realistically on the type of Dr she is. Having several graduate degrees, being culturally rich in many countries, I can atest that Roberts does not deserve your time or money.

Dr. Roberts truly cares about her patients as if they were her family. That is a rare and beautiful trait I will gladly wait for! She goes out of her way to communicate with me, and I am so grateful to have found her. She’s been my doctor since I was 15, and after getting married this year she will (hopefully) help me through pregnancy

Dr. Roberts is a fantastic doctor. You can tell she really listens to you and cares. Waiting time is horrible!! ... 2 plus hours. Yet they tell you to arrive at least 15 min. early. It’s obvious that too many patients are booked to close to one another. I understand that emergencies arise, but at least have the decency to inform the patients of the REAL wait time. My time is just as valuable although not as costly as the doctor.

Worst experience ever!!!!! Please DO NOT waste your time this office cannot handle their patients- the whole process was horrible from waiting for hours 2 each time to then waiting to check out are you kidding me? They fail to advise you pertinent information and their polices. Dr Roberts will lose more patients DUE TO HER STAFF!! They suck. Ladies go where people respect and care about YOU!!! ITS NOT HERE

We had such a fantastic experience with Dr Roberts throughout our entire pregnancy and delivery! She was patient, answered all of our questions and allowed us to decide what we wanted for our delivery. We ended up having a C-section after being induced for 30 hours and she was very helpful the entire time. My husband and I really felt like she cared on a personal level and will definitely go to her again if we have another pregnancy!
