Complete waste of my time
I waited on this doctor for an hour after my appt time. She provided false information on my healthcare. Didn't seem to care about my feelings or concerns, and was very standoffish. You would think that a female ob/gyn would be more empathetic towards another woman's reproductive health.

Dr Rubin did a great job of explaining everything to me. I feel I was very lucky to see her for this appointment as I am not sure anyone else would have treated me the way she did in trying to get rid of my issue for good. I appreciate her critical thinking and expertise to help me.

Provider seemed unsure of the information she was giving me. Had difficulty explaining why the medicine prescribed needed to be taken in the order it was instructed to be given. Did not check previous health information on computer and wrote date of last menstral period a whole year later than it actually occurred. Seemed distracted and disinterested. Not up to the level of care I've come to expect from premier women's center

My prior GYN retired and I am new to Dr. Rubin. This was my 2nd yearly appointment and I've had nothing but a positive experience with her, but also with her great staff! In particular, Brandie, who took it on herself to provide me with information I have been trying to wrestle out of Medicare, another doctor's office, and a lab for the last 2 years. The three entities have been sending me in circles as I've been trying to resolve a $660 bill. Brandie gave me the "code" none of the others would.

Over the past 3 months, the office cancelled my "meet and greet" appointment four times. I finally went to my appointment. I did not have my paperwork, who knows where that ended up after having to wait so long. I offered to fill out new paperwork. The two receptionists told me that there was no need since I wasn't having an exam. Less than ten minutes later, I was told that the doctor would not see me because, you guessed it, I didn't have my paperwork. Steer clear of this practice.

I couldn’t have found a better GYN. Everything was perfect from scheduling an appointment, getting checked in, seeing the Doctor, talking with Doctor. Her staff are so professional and knowledgeable. Dr. Rubin makes you feel comfortable. She helped me tremendously! She has lab and ultrasound in the office. You can get everything done right there in the office.

I saw Dr. Rubin recently after moving here from out of state. Not content to simply continue the regimen of care I had previously (cancer survivor), she spent a great deal of time with me going over my entire medical history and advised how she would proceed. She was very proactive in terms of my current and future health. I would definitely recommend her.

Dr. Rubin is a phenomenal doctor and surgeon. She is up to date on the latest techniques in gynecological care and I trust her implicitly. She delivered my babies 20 years ago and now she is just as caring as I face menopause and the issues associated with it.

I have been with Dr. Rubin for many years and I just love her! She is always very concerned with any issues that may arise and is very thorough with her exams. My daughter also sees her because I can't imagine her seeing anyone else! I would definitely recommend her to others!
