We have been going to see Dr. Lisa since my daughter was a newborn. She has been so helpful to me and such a compassionate caregiver, my daughter gets excited to go see her even when she's sick

Dr Lisa goes above and beyond. My daughter woke up with and earache on Christmas Day. I called the doctor on call. It was Dr. Lisa. She did a telehealth visit and then met us at her office on CHRISTMAS DAY! She was dressed in her PPE and evaluated and treated my daughter. She even had a candy cane and sticker for her. We are so thankful for Dr. Lisa and SEDP!

At start of COVID we needed a test for our daughter. Called on call Dr. to recommend test site. He sent us to a site an hour away. When we arrived we found out that they had run out of tests days earlier. Dr. should have known where to send us. Later we found out that the Dr.'s office was charging a televisit fee. We did not have a televisit. We asked where we could find a test. We aren't paying the bill and they have turned us over to collections in Pakistan. Pretty frustrating to talk to someone in Pakistan over a $25 contested charge in Denver. We tried talking to billing office and practice manager to no avail. Was also told that Dr. Schwartz would not speak to us on this issue.

Dr. Schwartz has been our pediatrician for over 19 years. She is warm and caring and very complete in her evaluations. She always takes the extra step , if needed , to find out additional information. She always has a genuine concern for our kids and our children love her as well!
