Front desk: 10/10 - Staff went the extra mile to assist with paperwork, though privacy could be improved.Nurse: 10/10 - Compassionate and comforting, eased anxiety.Doctor: Dr. Vinokur - long delay to be seen, I had a discomfort with having more than just the doctor for my exam which was not honored. Overall, lack of privacy considerations. Dismissive attitude towards patient wishes. almost patronizing.Nurse displayed professionalism, but Dr. Vinokur's approach may not suit those valuing privacy and respectful doctor-patient relationships. Consider other options if these aspects are important to you.

I had best experience with dr vinokure . She is the best

I highly recommend this office by all means for any woman out there who is looking for professional and caring provider and team. From the moment I entered the office I was welcomed and felt comfortable. Everyone are so please thank and treat you like a human being not like a number. Dr. Vinokur is so knowledgable and informative. I can't say enough how I appreciate it.

Dr Vinokur is an amazing physician. She takes her time to explain a treatment plan in a very thorough way. She is caring, knowledgeable and very down to earth. She is one of a kind, and I am so glad I have found her and entrusted her in my care

I would not recommend Dr. Vinokur. My test was "lost" and I had to call asking where the results were. My condition that had been diagnosed was treated for 10 days and after that was told to use the ointment only when it flared up. No follow-up was requested by her. My pain that I was experiencing (enough to cancel a vacation) was dismissed defensively, and treated with ibuprofen. My new OBGYN is treating my condition with daily treatment and follow-up every 2, 4, then 6 months.

I saw dr. Vinokur for my annual exam. I am definitely not going back, for a number of reasons: 1. Wait time. 2. She made an error on my prescription. I called multiple times - no follow up and no change. I have to pay for another visit to another doctor to get it right. 3. After 6 weeks, I still have not received my results, even after multiple calls and requests with the office. Apparently, once you are out of the door, you no longer matterto her or her staff.

Dr Vinokur bedside manner is horrible. As a doctor you should have compassion for your patients. She has none! She argues and go back and forth with her patients. She doesn’t go through your insurance company until after you paid out of pocket and when it’s time to pay back what she owes she takes her sweet time. She is not the best to work for or have in your care.

I was s patient of Dr. Vinokur for 4 years, she delivered my 2 kids. She is awesome but her staff a total NIGHTMARE. The management will kill Dr. Vinokur practice if she doesn't act fast.

Dr.V is the best of the best.I was having some concerns, and she gave me a great care plan. All of the issues have resolved thanks to her, something my last Gyn was unable to do after several months.Dr. Vinokur is so smart, kind and proves to have true passion for her profession and patient care. I don't see why the last person was so upset maybe it's deductible charges.It's not the office's fault what plan you pick, sounds like a personal problem. I think her staff is awesome and knowledgeable

Very rude, arrogant, and insensitive office manager who seems to think she knows better than the patients. Refuses to answer questions about charges for services not rendered and incorrect billing codes. Unfortunately she is a poor representation of this practice and based on my interaction with her alone, I will move my OB/GYN needs elsewhere. If you are going to charge your patients ridiculous amounts of money out-of-pocket , at least have the decency to explain how you arrived at such amount.

Very unprofessional and inefficient staff, with blatant disregard for the patient. No sense of urgency to meet the needs of the patient. Wait time for appointments is always at least an hour. Billing is delayed and leaves a lot to be desired.

Dr. Vinokur was nice, but I wouldn't recommend her. She isn't as knoweledgable as she should be and had a hard time answering basic questions. Her staff keeps terrible records too.

Dr. Vinokur has delivered both of my little ones and I just adore her and the staff. I had high risk pregnancies for both and she was so caring and informative, and experiencing it with me - never lecturing or demeaning. She is a sweetheart and I miss not being pregnant and seeing her and the crew all the time! :) Fantastic Dr.

Dr. Vinokur has been my OBGYN for almost 15 years. I have the most respect for her and her knowledge and ability. I trust her and her staff. She has always been responsive and kind. I would recommend her and have done so. I give her 2 thumbs way up!
