The doctor is great. The receptionist needs fired. I am considering turning the office into the State medical board. After calling to schedule an appointment she proceeded to extremely rip me out for the insurance I had clear down to telling me I needed to get a different job that provided better insurance. I will probably not go back because of her and I have been a patient for 10 years

Lisa as a doctor is great I loved her. Her office staff is why she's getting the low marks from me. They NEVER answer their phone. ever. You have to listen to a huge long message then it always goes to voicemail no matter who you're trying to talk to and they won't call back until at least 3 or 4 hours later. Also, the woman who is in charge of insurance hung up on me when I was trying to figure out my claim. I'm switching to another doctor just because I can't handle her office anymore.

Dr. Williams herself is amazing. She delivered my daughter, was super professional and approachable. My problem is with her receptionist. I had a potential life-threatening problem, and when I tried to get an appointment, the receptionist LITERALLY laughed at my attempt. Look--I know they have high volume and there are so few women's specialists in Wyoming, but I was so worried and to be laughed at was humiliating, degrading, rude, and so unprofessional! Sorry Lisa, but your staff is awful.

Dr. Williams delivered my first child. which ended up being an emergency c section. She was exremely loving and thoughtful and treated us as family. In fact, the nurses even asked if we were related, because of the level of care we received from Dr Williams. We will absolutely be using her for our next child!
