Dr. Lisa Wilson, MD

I was scheduled for a C-section with her at 1:00 PM but they had many emergencies so by the time 'it was finally my turn ', her shift had to end for that day, but she didn't leave me, she stayed over so she could deliver my baby; her gesture meant the whole world for me. She was very professional, she was listening to all our needs and wishes for our birth, and she treated me with so much compassion! That's why I returned to her for my current pregnancy. I cannot recommend her enough!

Unfortunately, Dr. Wilson was nowhere to be found and we were left without the familiar face who made false promises to us for months. To top it all off, Dr. Wilson was on shift while my wife was in recovery. Not only did she not come by the room ONCE, but she was giving the nurse blind orders on medicine to give my wife without even coming to check on her and see what the nurse was talking about. Every single doctor we had over a 9 day stay came and saw us atleast twice throughout the day. I wish I could say this was a one off experience, but after reading other reviews, she apparently had made a habit of ditching her patients when they need her most. STAY AWAY from her and don't put yourself in the same position many of us others have. Thankfully, we have met so many other amazing doctors here that we have found our new OBGYN after this experience.

Dr. Wilson allowed me to have autonomy over my body and be involved in my health care decisions. She was knowledgeable, respectful, and compassionate. Having her makes me feel like I'm truly collaborating on my health care plan. She performed surgery on me and I recovered very well, and felt very prepared prior, during, and after, due to her expertise and explanation. I will see her as long as I'm able and have recommended her more than once!

Dr. Wilson is incredibly kind and compassionate. She fully supports my reproductive plans. She's incredibly thorough and knowledgeable. She puts any and all concerns at ease and often provides enough answers that I'm left not needing to ask questions. I trust Dr. Wilson with all of my reproductive health plans. I will never see another OBGYN as long as I'm able to see her even though I drive an hour currently. I recommend her to all of my family and friends seeking similar care.

You would think you were seeing a weight loss doctor instead of a gynecologist. Was not even checked and she asked me what I thought was wrong. Don't waste your time!

Dr. Wilson is respectful, friendly, down to earth, easy to talk to, as well as a caring physician. She treats her patients like real people, not a number on a piece of paper. I appreciated her taking the time to meet with me before beginning the yearly check up. I wish I could make her my family doctor! I could not write enough friendly words to describe how pleased I was with my visit to Dr. Wilson and her team.

Have seen her for both Ob and Gyn and she is fantastic. Highly recommend.
