20 years of great care
I have been a patient for about 20 years and am more than satisfied with the care I have received. Very thorough in his diagnosis, treatment, and explanation. Never too quick to throw prescriptions at a condition that can be treated with mindful diet and exercise. I have had several primary care physicians and his expert care is evidenced by my length of time as a patient.

I am putting 3 (instead of 1) because I like Dr. Le as a person, but as a doctor my wife was very disappointed when she was charged an additional $132 for asking a mere question during her annual physical (and there was no service associated with the question): if doctors start charging for doling out advice during a physical, well then disclose the fact that you will bill us for any answers you may give. When my wife called both North Primary Care and Dr. Le staff about this incident she was given the runaround. Welcome to Health Care in the 2020s!oor

I was a new patient. He is kind, thorough, and thoughtful. Actually listens to you. Went in for preventative services. He gets to know you and cares. The way medicine should be practiced.

This is continued from a review just submitted. So my blood test results was my blood glucose was over 400, and remember you can go into diabetic coma at 450. Luckily I had the appointment with my rheumatologist that week or I definitely would have gone to emergency. My rheumatologist prescribed me meds to lower my blood sugar and found me a new primary doctor that would see me the next day after my rheumatologist referred me to the new primary doctor. Dr. Le and I’m also going to blame the staff could have killed me. I know that sounds harsh but it is the reality of the situation. I never write reviews at least bad ones but I felt obligated to leave this one.

Dr. Le has been my doctor for over 10 years. He treats like you are part of a team caring for your body. He listens to you. He respect that you know your body. He follows up with a letter after every visit summarizing your discussion and a planned course of action regarding your health.

Dr. Le was very thorough doing additional bloodwork to isolate certain elevations. He was able to suggest a minor change in diet that lowered the elevated counts. I have been a patient of his for well over 20 years and he has a great demeanor and a genuine interest in your health.

During the past 14 years, I have found Dr. Le and his staff to be very professional. More importantly, Dr. Le takes the time to listen and explain what he is doing and any options. He provides very practical and informed medical advice. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Le to anyone I know. He's just that good.
