Dr Pham is very attentive and listens very well. He is thoughtful and logical in explaining his thinking. He does not typically talk about many options, but rather explains why he is suggesting what he is. I would appreciate learning more about other options and why they are not ones he chooses to suggest, from his perspective. If there was one area of communication improvement I would suggest, it is that he walks through the full process. He tends to communicate the next step or two - I think there is value in communicating the entire process.
