Caveat Emptor
When I made my appointment, I was told that the fee to remove a corn/callous was $90. When I visited with Dr. McCloskey, she also told me that it would cost $90 to remove the corn/callous. Dr. McCloskey's office billed my insurance company $155 for the "surgical procedure" and $230 for the office visit. At no point was I told that there would be an additional fee for an office visit. Had I known that this was going to cost me this much money, I would have explored other options.

Very pleased!
To me the bad reviews I read above are either petty or untrue. I have seen her for 2 different issues. Both were diagnosed and resolved correctly. The staff is friendly, the office is clean, and they are responsive to any questions or concerns you have. I have no issues driving across town to see her and her staff.

I had a bad experience with Drs Ouderkirk and McCloskey with the Colorado Clinics for the Foot and Ankle in Central Park. They sent me home with a walking boot that didn’t fit and after talking to another specialist I found out was a bad treatment solution. Now I have a bill for almost $500 for the boot. I quickly notified Dr. Ouderkirk and returned the boot to them but they refuse to take it off my bill. I’ve had another experience with this office trying to push expensive orthotics.

I had a fabulous experience with Dr. McCloskey and would absolutely recommend her to anyone who is struggling with foot pain. She was able to rectify a misdiagnosis within minutes and immediately ordered xrays and an MRI to confirm. Eventually I did have surgery and Dr. McCloskey and her staff (Elizabeth) followed up, checked in and ensured I was well on my way to recovery.

Dr. McCloskey is a spectacular medical care professional. She spent an extraordinary amount of time with me thoroughly going over and explaining to me the details of my case. She exhausted all possible conservative channels and may have effectively prevented me from needing to have another unwanted surgery. Highly recommended!

My experience was not great with Dr. McCloskey - I had to repeat my history to her several times from other doctors and then she ordered the same tests and procedure that had been done and failed. After I brought it up - she just said, well, then you will just have to deal with this pain. She also never called in a prescription and took three more phone calls to staff to get it filled while they passed me around and put me hold every time. Office rooms were dirty and dingy.

Patient room was grungy and dirty and didn't look like it had been cleaned regularly. When seeing the doc, her bedside manner was not extremely pleasant. She seemed rushed and didn't seem to listen to my issue and history. When she ordered xrays and blood draw, I immediately got them done, but I have not heard results back yet.She also told me she put in a prescription, but she never filled it after several pharm checks.Still haven't heard back after 3 office call backs and VMs.Go elsewhere!
