Amazing Dr.
Dr. Jones promptly diagnosed my condition and quickly got me in for the surgery I needed. He communicated everything extremely well and left me feeling at ease. He is meticulous and obviously takes great care in his work. His staff is also AMAZING!

Wasn't seen till almost 40 min past appointment time nurses were on their cell phones and extremely rude when asked about time remaining, doc can in and started speaking 100 miles an hour and I didn't get a full understanding of what was going on. By far the worst patient experience I have ever had with Monument health!

Everyone was so kind and courteous. Dr. Jones is truly the best ENT doc I have ever seen. Wants to get to the root of the problem not mask it with meds. He listened to what I had to say.

My entire visit with the ENT department with spectacular.. every single staff member had a smile and great customer service was very helpful and literally had tears in my eyes with the joy of getting the assistance I feel I have needed with the comforting surroundings an excellent care to top it all off

I would recommend him without hesitation.
Dr. Jones was so calm, so present that I never felt uneasy. He let me know when I was going to hear or feel something. He was unfailingly kind and just so comfortable to be around. The procedure was mildly uncomfortable, but never painful. Very professional, yet relatable. Nice combination in a physician. I would trust him and would make him by choice if I ever have similar issues.
