He listened to me and told me what I should expect from my shoulder surgery. It was practically painless and I was back to using it after pt.

Horrible doctor
Dr Potter is arrogant and self absorbed, He doesn't listen to his patients and just wants to do surgery. He said I didn't have the condition in question, but we should do surgery anyway and started shoving consent forms at me to sign. He unnecessarily does general anesthesia for procedures that should be locals. It is a huge risk to go under general anesthesia and makes healing prolonged, as well as the huge toll general anesthesia puts on the body. He makes inappropriate comments and speaks ill of patients, thinking he is out of ear shot.

I was seeing Dr. Potter for a shoulder problem. He seemed to think I was another patient he had seen 1 1/2 yrs ago. It wasn't me. I'm still not sure he got it correct. When I took my shirt off for the exam, he made a disrespectful comment about Tinder, it was unprofessional and inappropriate. I gave him one star because he found the office I was in and this guy wanted me to trust him to do surgery.

I traveled over 60 miles to see Dr. Potter for my carpal tunnel. I wanted a fellowship trained expert. I am a physician and make a living using my hands.
