Dr. Farrell is an answer to prayer! I have been a patient of hers since 1998 and followed her when she moved from Tulsa to Owasso. When I started going to see her I was sick and tired and no one had been able to figure out what was causing me to feel that way. She took the time needed to really understand what was happening and correctly diagnosed the problem that first visit. In all the years since then, she has been a blessing in my life over and over and over. Her approach is to treat the whole person; body, mind and spirit. She encourages me to make healthy choices and also prescribes medicine when necessary. The Holy Spirit is present and she is such a joy to be with that I actually look forward to my appointments! I just can’t express the ways in which my life is better because she is my doctor. Dr. Farrell has been my PCP for a little over a year and I have received better care from her practice than any other physician I have been seen by. She looks at the whole person, spirit, mind, and body and gives treatment that ministers to all aspects of an individual’s health.

I am a patient of Dr. Farrell. She takes time to answer my questions and allows me to be a partner in my healthcare. I have had too many Drs in the past, who do not want to answer any questions and can’t tolerate a patient questioning them. It is important for a patient to be heard and their concerns taken into consideration, and Dr Farrell does that. I have several conditions that need to be addressed at each visit and appreciate her taking the necessary time with me.

Amazing!

Very disappointed with the front office staff. Many errors with insurance billing and lost paperwork from day one. Trying to work patiently with them for a resolution for the last 4 months on incorrect insurance coding and/or testing that was submitted. Left numerous messages and many trips to their office and also asking for a return phone call from the doctor, which has never happened. Evidently, patient/doctor relationship is not a priority.

We trust Loretta with our lives! She is an amazing doctor.
