Exceptional Clinician
This is my primary care physician. I’m not only comfortable but feel like this is a safe space to express my concerns. Clinically conscientious and skilled Dr Cordial makes each appointment feel as if I’m her only patient. She has ALWAYS provided me with extra time when needed with compassion and has a person centered mission. Appointments are easy to get and flexible. The front desk staff has always been accommodating and able to provide answers to any billing questions. The waiting area is pleasant and clean. I would not trust anyone else with my healthcare as a primary physician. I am a nurse who at times is disappointed and disillusioned with care my peers and other healthcare professionals provide but this is an environment of excellence that makes me proud to be nurse and patient. I’ve also been a Weightloss patient.

Used to be my regular doctor. I feel that she sent me to unnecessary expensive tests/procedures at WFU Baptist, based on me expressing minor concerns. Also told me I shouldn't have more kids after I experienced post-partum depression with my first child. I don't know if that is what doctors usually recommend but when I brought it up later she acted surprised and didn't give me a satisfactory explanation.

I had seen Dr Coe years ago before i had insurance. I wanted to continue but could not afford to. After i received coverage she had moved. I kept her in mind as one of my favorite doctors. Approx 7 years later I am happy to say she is my primary care doctor! I, along with another friend who had been a patient in the past, had our first visit last week. My friend was brought to tears because he said she is the first doctor that listened to him and is taking steps to solve his issues. She is great

Dr. Coe is very caring, she takes extra time for her patients, answering all questions. She goes above and beyond! She always welcomes you with a smile ! I started the wellness clinic and immediately knew she is the family physician I had been looking for. The best part, she is a Christian and stands on her Faith!! -In whom He is well pleased- Tracie Dowell

My wife and I went to her practice in Rural Hall. We went a few times. The staff was friendly. We never saw Dr. Coe. We were seen by Shannon, a PA. She listened to us and was very likable. To me it is important that I like who sees me and that they care. If I am just a number or cattle, I might as well go to an urgent care place and be treated like a number, but at least I know that going there. When Shannon left, my wife and I left. I am rating this place without Shannon.

Coe is an extremely impersonal doctor, strict 15 increment visits that feel like being pushed through. Front office is quick to tell you anything whether it is true or not (unfortunately, Coe leads this behavior). Was forced to make an appointment to retrieve a shot record in my chart from nurse because coe and front office swore I never had it in the first place. Same thing happened 2x when trying to retrieve medical records. Zero bedside manner. I can handle a bad attitude, but not lying.

If I could put no stars I would select that. I went for a wart on my finger & she asked me, "What do you want me to do about it?" After that I never went to her. Then my older sister asked her for a pregnancy test & it came out negative even though she was about 6 months pregnant! Also she didn't even recognize me when I went there with my sister a few months ago! Terrible doctor, she doesn't care about her patients. Office environment is okay & people are nice but the doctor is unqualified.

First visit (to her weight loss clinic) I literally left in tears.....NEVER had a professional speak to me in such an arrogant and condescending way. However, I want to lose weight badly enough that I decided to go back.....hoping first time she was just having a bad day, and the 2nd time would be better. NO SUCH LUCK!!!! "Hatefilled" is a good word for her attitude. If she were my PCP, I'd DEFINITELY look for another provider. Still not sure if I'll continue her WL program or not.

Worst experience ever with a primary care office. Staff is rude and condescending with the exception of Michael. The rudeness gets worse if you have any medical training of your own and are smart enough to ask educated questions. Annual physical was a joke!! Didn't test reflexes or anything, barely touched me. Unless you are interested in their weight loss programs don't waste your time here.

Have been a patient for 18 years, I have no idea why. Dr shows no compassion, staff is rude, condescending (exception:Michael). Always felt like I was inconveniencing her. My visits lasted less than 5 mins unless I engaged her to talk about herself and asked questions about her wellbeing. Best advice? Find another Dr!
