no follow up
Appt was made with the Physician Asst since Dr Hess unavailable prescribed a medication that was causing shortness of breath...tried unsuccessfully for days to get another prescription ordered or alternative medications-left several messages NO CALL BACKS Sent email and got a response the Dr Hess wanted me to schedule another appointment-made appt with another physician with 5 star rating

Won’t see sick patients or medical emergencies
Had a medical emergency and the hospital could not find anything but said to go to my Primary to start further testing. Called Dr Hess and first appt was over a month even when I explained how I went to emergency room. She is good for a refill but won’t see you if you are sick or have a medical emergency. Will not be returning to this office !
