Dr. Lori Hyden, DO

I had a hysterectomy previously and needed my ovaries taken out. She couldn't find them due to a huge amount of scar tissue, she had to cut me open. They had to remove everything from my abdomen and clean it up. I have had bladder issues since. Anyway, she didn't give me a spinal and said she should have. I am a pain patient due to having several severe issues. When I woke up I was screaming in pain. It was horrible and was that way for 3 weeks. I am now terrified of having to have another surgery because of her. She has caused severe anxiety about any procedure. I am devastated and she doesn't deserve a good review. If you need surgery, be prepared

The desk clerk was extremely hateful, and rude, I was on time for appointment but rescheduled for 2 months after waiting 2 months for the appointment and going to the hospital 2x with complications. I called st francis and got a appointment the next day every one with st francis were compassionate and understand healthcare. I would not recommend this clinic

Dr. Hyden was always friendly and professional, but after going to her for 3 years with symptoms of endometriosis, she never did a thing about it. I told her I checked every box of the symptoms and she told me I was too old to just now be getting diagnosed with that. She told me it was normal to have monthly pains and bloating. I finally found an amazing doctor in Tulsa that wasn't afraid to take action. I had my first consult on 8/8/22 and my laparoscopy on 9/13/22. Turns out, I was right all along! I am ate up with stage 4 endo and facing a full hysterectomy in a couple months. She's a good doctor if you aren't having issues. If you are, please don't give up! If she won't do something about it, go elsewhere!! Don't suffer for years like I did.

Dr Hyden is very caring and takes time to listen. She is also supportive and willing to explore different treatment options.

Competent friendly physician and staff. Very professional. Clinic runs on time. I would highly recommend this practice.

Dr. Hyden is always caring, thorough and a great listener. I have never felt rushed; if I have questions, she always answers them with honesty and patience, and talks me through the process of needed medical care. I have, and will continue to recommend Dr. Hyden to friends and family.

I had Dr. Hyden for my pregnancy and for all my women's health needs since. I have never had any issues and she went above and beyond during my pregnancy. With my most recent issue she scheduled me for an ultrasound ASAP and called me the next business day with the results.

I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Hyden. She is so sweet and explains everything before you even ask your questions. Candice is awesome too. They both make you feel so comfortable, and they are both very personable. It makes visits enjoyable knowing you are going to people who actually care about you and your child.

Dr. Hyden is incredibly intelligent and makes the best decisions when it comes to her patients. She listens to my concerns and takes her time with me. Dr. Hyden has been through cervical dysplasia, miscarriage, and two pregnancies with me and I fully trust her with my health. Her M.A. Candace, is also very smart and the two of them work like a well-oiled machine together.

Just because they tell you it is pre-authorized does not mean you will not be stiffed for over a thousand dollars more when you find out it wasn't. Just because the doctor says "I'll write a letter and get it cleared up" does not mean it will. Only thing you can depend on is when they don't get their money, they'll turn it over to collection.

Dr. Hyden is absolutely wonderful! She made me feel completely comfortable, explained everything she was doing and there was absolutely no pain during or after the procedure. She truly cares about her patients and explains everything thoroughly.

I’m a FTM and saw Dr. Hyden for the duration of my pregnancy. I couldn’t have asked for a better doctor. She never made me feel uncomfortable and was reassuring throughout my whole pregnancy and during delivery. Dr. Hydens calm and confident demeanor is exactly what one needs in the delivery room. I trust her professional opinion and decisions. She always took time to explain things and I feel she truly cares. Her office staff and nurse were always wonderful as well. Highly recommend!

I used to recommend Dr. Hyden to my friends, but since this is the 2nd time that the failed to inform me of something my insurance needed, and could not get me in until they got that, then I won't be seeing her again. She's nice, it is her staff that is completely incompetent. I scheduled this appt. three months ago. I am dealing with a possibility of cancer, yet they failed to inform me of an insur. requirement, then told me it is my fault. Nope! Not my fault. Completely their responsibility!

During my pregnancy she was great but while having my child, baby was in a poor position and I should've had her c section, Dr Hyden made me push anyone. She ended up cutting me, which i felt completely, so I was in so much pain and screamed. This Dr had the nerve to tell me to be quiet...i wouldn't recommend at all.

In a difficult situation Dr. Hyden tried to treat me at a hospital that was not capable of handling the situation. She was rude when I questioned if I should be moved to another facility.

Dr. Hyden is very professional and thorough. She took time to exam the issue, explain, and answer all the questions that my husband and I had about the problems I was having. I have been going to her for the over 5 years.
