Dr. Lori King, MD

Dr. Lori King charged both my husband and I a fee of $139 to have an introduction appointment, which is not covered. We were required to have it prior to making our annual appointments. During our annual she ran several tests on both my husband and myself that were not covered by our insurance company because there were no medical issues. It cost us hundreds of dollars. When my husband went the next year for his annual he made sure to tell her and the lab tech only to run the 2 tests covered by our insurance. She once again ordered several more and cost hundreds of dollars. We tried to get them to fix it and argued it with both her office and the insurance company but they would not budge. On my yearly appointment she suggested having my pap done when she wasn’t sure if my results would be conclusive. Of course they came back inconclusive and I had to go back to have the test done again and then they charged me another copay. Argued that payment too. Nothing changed. Horrible!!!
