Dr. Lori Lindsay, MD

This woman is an arrogant quack. She is so insulting and will not even ask what is wrong. She asked me literally no questions about my condition. She just walked in and started telling me I needed to take different medication and that there was nothing wrong with me. When I tried to ask a question she got frustrated, got up and left. What a total waste of time. She should be fired.

She does not listen at all. Zero. She talks and then gets up and leaves. She is rude, insulting, and doesn’t care about the patient at all. Can’t believe she still has a license.

Went in about excruciating pain during my cycle. I’ve been told by three professionals that they believe I could have PCOS, as I have an extreme amount of “cysts” in both my ovaries. Saw Dr. Lindsay and she immediately told me that because I’m not “fat and hairy” i don’t have PCOS. It’s “impossible”. I thought I’d hear her out but she continued to scold me for going to the ER in the past for pain management and dehydration. She told me to never go to the ER again for “lady problems” that the ER is for emergencies only. (I had just got done telling her my pain is so bad I would rather die than keep feeling it. I pass out. And I cannot move or stand) She did not care about my pain or my health and instead told me to check myself into a mental health facility in anchorage. I’ve never been so insulted in my life. She then went on to tell me “goodluck finding a doctor to diagnose you. You’re a 1/million case. No one cares about women’s health enough” Great thanks lady. I wouldn’t recommend

Dr. Lindsay has seen me for care since moving to Soldotna this past almost two years and just recently for gynecological surgery. At all times she never rushed with me and took time to communicate options of treatment. She has the most gentle bedside manner. I remember her at my bedside in the OR even holding my hand and gently stroking my shoulder as I was put under. I have a medical background myself and I have rarely seen the direct care given patients by doctors as I have with her. She genuinely expresses real care and concern along with thoroughness and responsiveness. I have achieved a good outcome thanks to her.Her nurse Daisy and office staff are wonderful as well.

DR, Lindsay, Stephanie & Daisy have all been wonderful to work with. They're friendly, caring and attentive. I was taken excellent care of from the office, to hospital and back again. Every question answered and every concern addressed. I will recommend all my gal pals and family to this office.

I would not only never go back, I will beg people not to go. I went for an IUD insertion and pain management wasn’t discussed, I was never given my pregnancy test results, and the entire appointment was rushed and felt judge mental. She lectured me about how I might be pregnant and said “if you end up with a crippled baby in a wheelchair for the rest of its life that’s not on me.” Horrible pain during the procedure, and when she left the room threw a pad on a chair and said I’d bleed. Top notch medical care. Later she told me I was a terrible candidate for this procedure. She learned this after a pelvic exam… if she was aware it was going to cause me excruciating pain, why continue? Or at the bare minimum tell me this information? She did not inform or explain anything, she was judge mental, and seemed inconvenienced by my presence. I left the office in tears, and was in pain for 2-3 days after. If you value your health, please don’t go here.

I would not even take my dog here. Dr Lori Lindsay is money hungry only. Does not care about her patients nor takes the time to talk with you. Staff doesn't return calls. You wait over 45 mins to be seen! Do yourself a favor and do not go here!!!!

my first pregnancy she told me I was having an unviable pregnancy because baby had no heartbeat (I had NO idea how far along I was) and she wanted to schedule me for a D&C...I got a second opinion next day and baby was very much there and alive. She called me back when I called her out on this and advised me her ultrasound machine was not working properly. Can you imagine if I had listened to her?? He's now 8.5 and very healthy...never again. Then she had the nerve to bill me $400 .

Dr. Lindsay is fantastic. I had to call her after hours with symptoms of a UTI and she got in me in as soon as she could to see me. It was quick and very easy. She has and great drive to help her patients.
