I’ve been taking my daughter to dr semel for the past 4yrs. For the past year or so it’s been so hard to get an appointment with her due to the building having leaks. This is insane. The building needs to get there stuff fixed

Been a patient for years. But lately her office has been closed more times because of water damage to the office than anything. So many times I got canceled due to the building having leaks

Used to be a great reliable pediatrician. The office schedule is crazy, and on days they’re “supposed” to be open they’re closed. My child has been rescheduled multiple time and there’s been a few times that we arrived to be told no doctor would be coming in for a scheduled appointment. Very disappointed, was the best in MV. Secretary is a mess and confused! Easier to go to urgent care, and Dr. Semel’s office is 3 minutes away from my home. She is a thorough doctor when she sees patients, but getting an appointment and seeing her is beyond difficult. Sick visits are impossible and it’s over 2 months wait for appointments. Wishing it was the way it was 4+ years ago.

The office has horrible hours, and they make up their office policies as they go. It's impossible to schedule an appointment including an emergency or sick visit.
