Listens, timely and thorough
In my 1st visit I observed that Dr. McRae listens to your complaints and processes accordingly and expediently. Her nurses show that same care quality. When leaving messages, staff has been thorough and follows through in a timely matter. Thank you.

Caring Physician
Dr. McRae is incredibly thorough, and I've never felt rushed during a visit. She takes the time to understand current and prior health issues, as well as other factors that are part of my daily life which can have significant bearing on my overall well being. Dr. McRae deserves a 5 star rating, and probably more.

Worst Staff on Earth
The totally incompetent, rude and truly unemployable staff at this office should be fired. Never have I witnessed such behavior in my life. My wife and I could not tolerate these individuals and found a wonderful new physician at another hospital and their staff is stellar. St Josephs has received countless complaints about this office and have chosen to do absolutely nothing. Avoid this office and St Josephs like the plague.
