Best doctor ever!
I have been a patient for several years and have never had a problem or a negative vibe. Dr. Mcmillan takes his time and sincerely wants to improve my well being. He is easily accessible and responsive.

Dr. McMillian is fantastic!
Dr. McMillian is on the ball; he wastes no time with treatment, is well-versed on those of us with a complicated health history, refers to great specialists, orders accurate diagnostics, and helps in making good healthcare plans. My Mother who also sees him, and she likes him. The San Juan Capistrano office staff are great; they are prompt, polite, and very kind. The NP Dr’s Assistant Eugenia is awesome, so I left her a review as well. I’m surprised to see the doctor’s score low and think that should be looked into, because I know quite a few patients that love him. Thank you, Dr Lothar McMillian and Team!

I have been going Dr. McMillian for 30 yrs and I feel fortunate to have a wonderful doctor and staff to treat any medical problem I might have. I have never had to wait for long periods of time to get in to see him. He is one of the best doctors I have ever had.
