He is very attuned to what he does. Bedside manner is awesome. He cares and He is awesome. I would recommend him to anyone that wants the proper care.

I have been seeing Dr Williams for several years. He now has suddenly shut down his practice without any notice or any way to get my medical records for another doctor.

My visits with Dr Williams is that he is a very good Dr and is very in tuned with the well fare of his patients I for one appreciate his concerns about additions he makes sure that all avenues have been met as far as all x rays and any other avenue he has to take to assure that true problems do exist so the correct medications can be prescribed I have no problems with his professionalism and would recommend at any time

I thought I finally found a doctor that cared about my pain. He diagnosed me with fibromyalgia and said he’d get me squared away with some meds that would help. He said they’d be sent to my pharmacy, then they never sent them and proceeded to not answer the phone or any messages I’ve left with their answering service. The office staff told my pcp he was out of town and told me that he was in surgery. I still have received nothing from him. It has been 2 weeks and I can’t get a call back.

I've had over a nine (9) year association with Dr. Williams. I trust in his professional diagnosis and opinions. I was a little let down by his sudden absence. With all GOOD things, including Doctors they eventually rise to the top. This is my opinion, not your. Yes I will be in contact with DR. Williams and hopes he takes me back. I'm looking forward to another nine (9) years or longer association. Mike

He was the best. In his line of work, it is very busy and hard to please everyone. He was compassionate, careful and most of all kind and so caring. Receiving word that he was suddenly no longer with Norton's was a shock. I hope to find out where he ends up practicing. I will follow for sure.

You'll wait up to 3 hours past your appt time to see him. If you cancel an appt because he tells you don't come sick they will drop you. If you need meds for pain all he'll offer is an opiod. He and his office staff lied on multiple occasions and caused me to be off meds for 2 months because no one wants to do their job. I've done more for my own pain management including researching options and the latest breakthrough info about Fibro. Schedules 18 chronic patients on half days, per staff.

Dr. Williams is the most compassionate doctor I have met. Having Fibro & Chronic Fatigue, I've been to numerous doctors over the years. It's nice to finally see a doctor who is understanding! The office visits are typically long but he's worth the wait.

I am a full time mommy of three and have to always take my kids in with me. The staff is perfect kind to us and patient. Dr. Williams has always had my best interest a heart. He is kind and patient (especially with me rowdy boys). He takes the time to listen to my concerns and about my pain. Thank you Lord for Dr. Williams.

Visits involve hours waiting in the waiting room, drug test and more waiting in the exam room. then a 2 minute visit where he gives you scripts.. If you send him mails via my hart he never sees them and his office staff makes decisions on your care. Someone wrote I had an allergy to a med that I did not. He wanted me to retry the med but he forgot to write the script. When I realised it I wrote and asked for it. They refused the script and refused to ask him stating my supposed allergy
