Dr Casado is very patient and takes the time to make sure all questions are answered and you understand what is going on. I’ve seen him for about 4 years, since he joined Dolphin Medical group. I have type 2 diabetes, and have had breast cancer while a patient there. He is always very caring to me, and was a great support through my cancer treatments. He didn’t actually do the surgery and treatment, but kept himself appraised of ehat was going on and how that was affecting me otherwise. I would highly recommend him.

Very poor follow up from staff. Staff is very incompetent in their duties. Staff has no sense of urgency. Dr. very arrogant. Is not thorough during check ups. Self proclaimed professional in diabetes used him for two years no more. Used his stethoscope on me twice in two years checked my feet once during diabetic check ups.

Both Doc and PA are too busy. They appear tired and aloof. I was just another patient, just another number. PA especially can be abrupt and talks at you instead of with you. She apparently knows your body better than you do. Huh.

He's an excellent doctor. Very knowledgeable and caring. He helped me when other doctors I went to either couldn't, or wouldn't take the extra trouble.
