Very professional—called the office because I was having an issue with the eye that had a previous retinal detachment. Received a call back in a timely manner and they fit me in the next day. The wait time in the office for my appointment was longer than I expected but grateful that they could see me.

I have received treatments for ARMD for about 2 years which has stabilized my condition. No real cure for this condition but grateful for the opportunity to keep it under control to prevent loss of sight. Office staff are efficient, professional and pleasant. Dr. Glazer provides understandable details about condition and treatments, he is encouraging and helpful providing treatment plan for future, professional and knowledgeable.

Explained things to me very well. Explaining a retinal tear in layman's terms. I was terrified and he was excellent at getting the procedure done quickly and painlessly to relieve my stress. The whole practice uses voice to text notetaking which is a little weird at first but when you think about it - super efficient. Highly recommend.

Jen was great at explaining things to me. She could probably see that I have been to the office many times before but she still took the time to talk me through each step. Dr. Glazer also shares a lot of details about how my eyes are progressing. He is very personable and patient. At my first visit it was hard for me to hold my questions until he was done dictating his notes. When he was done dictating he gave me his full attention and was patient and thorough in answering them. Luisa always gives great customer service. On one of my first visits she went above and beyond her job description to make me comfortable. Great staff and great care!
