Arrogant and a liiar…
Dr. Louis Graham is judgmental, disconnected from his patient’s pain and experience, and outwardly rude. I do not advise taking him as your pain physician. Look elsewhere. He did nothing for my pain, but judge me. He literally traumatized me from the things he said to me. When I confronted him, he did nothing but act more arrogant and offered no apologies. I reported him to SIU administration for lying to me about what a pharmacist said and they did nothing. I’m the one I had to figure out my pain solutions, NOT Dr Graham. If you have any other choice, pick it.

mgr linda and support staff
like ive read on other review sites, most staff are rude, ignorant, spineless and definitely will lie to the dr and in their notes; so this makes me believe they know how they should be acting. its the least patient friendly place ive been in 30 years.. the mgr allows or encourages it and has never been called out by anyone who could do something about it. they make anything to meet patient needs, more complicated than would ever be required. they are overstaffed yet Never answer the phone. and when they return a message it Only says 'this is nurse calling from dr, call back'. complete clowns

I was suffering severe nerve pain and he listened to my problem with patience and understanding and within 24 hours my pain had decreased significantly. Sarah, his nurse practitioner and the rest of the staff staff are understanding, and helpful. I would highly recommend that anyone suffering from chronic pain choose him for treatment.
