Dealing with Lou Heckman's office is usually very easy. Dr. Heckman is really a good doctor. He is very thorough in how he proceeds. He has a genuine interest in his patients and is easy to talk to. He listens. Highly recommend.

I was called into the office right at my appointment time, and was treated professionally. Dr. Heckman reviewed my medical history, etc. for accuracy; explained when medical tests will be ordered; and answered all questions I had. I'm completely satisfied.
