I will try but limited to how many words can be typed. To shorten the story, I injuried my neck on July 3rd 2024. Seen a doctor that recommended vertebrae fusion but I did not trust the doctor and did not want a fusion. I was experiencing extreme nerve and joint pain with total numbness in my left arm. I lived with the pain and lack of sleep for 5.5 months while I researched many doctors. I found Dr Louis Horn and made an appointment. The 22nd of November was 1st visit. Dr Horn Discussed option and it was decided the best procedure to repair the problem was doing a complete disc replacement, not a fusion. After getting the surgery approved through the GODS at the insurance company on the 12th of December Dr. Horn preformed a total disc replacement between C5 and C6 vertebraes. I came out of that operation room completely pain free. God gave Dr Horn the knowledge and ablility to preform mircles on earth. If you have a neck or back injury you need to see Dr. Louis Horn.

Staff was very professional, informative, nice, and answered all of my questions. Dr Horn was very supportive, kind and patience during the procedure.

I have been treated for back and neck issues since 2009. I even took my 95yr old mother to have a cage put in her back, passed at 97 with no back pain! Truly the best! Thank you for changing my life.

I was cleared today to resume all of my regular exercise and life. Back surgery was done on July 13th. It is so awesome to be totally out of pain.

Dr Horn was easy to talk to and my appointment was not rushed at all. He genuinely cared about my pain. He ordered a couple tests that should pinpoint exactly where the problem is. Great friendly staff as well. Wait time wasn’t too bad. Wish I had made an appointment sooner.

I like the way Dr Horn sets down with you and discusses your needs. His facial expressions says he really cares.

I was seen on time for my appointment, the staff was kind and friendly. Dr. Horn listened to my issues and recommended the best solution for my problem. He is honest about his opinion, but will let the patient choose their own decision

Rushed didn’t spend the time to help me fix my issues but understood the issue wish he would’ve gave me better advice to fix my problems

Dr. Horn offered an honest & knowledge assessment including a reassuring treatment plan that makes sense beginning with least invasive strategies. Any trepidation about surgery, should it be needed, was squelched. Most importantly, I was left feeling completely confident in Dr. Horn’s recommendations and approach. The office is efficient with very little wait time. Most appreciative!
