He shows no empathy and it is truly scary to think this man is someone who was trained to help people. His bedside manner is appalling and so sad. I hope that if he ever needs care he never comes to anyone as cold as him. Yes people are sick and yes they may die but to basically laugh in there face is hurtful. Time to retire if you no longer see people as people. He thinks it’s just people not accepting reality no its not accepting a human can treat another human like they are just trash.

I would not recommend Dr Novak’s services. His scheduling methods and bedside manners are deplorable. After an entire month of changing my schedule around I was scheduled for 8:00 am. This early hour is difficult since I take chemo at night but I was at the appointment on time. I sat in a cold room for well over an hour and never saw Dr Novak. I had to leave due to another important Dr appointment I had scheduled that he was very much aware of. I never got to see him. I will not go through this again so I will not go back to see him. He bounded out to the waiting room as I was leaving, did not say he was sorry, couldn’t look me in the eye even , and said if I came back he probably wouldn’t be busy then! He should be aware his patients are very ill and this kind of treatment on his part is very unkind. He is unapologetic for his manners. I also have heard worse from another one of his patients. Perhaps he needs to retire.

Dr Gloom and Doom was horrible and we have stopped seeing him due to lack of professionalism. When you’re a radiologist for oncology patients, you need to stick to what you specialize in and not go beyond what the surgeons, the urologist, and the general doctors have prescribed. This man changed my husband’s medication prescribed my his regular doctor without consulting him. And when we called his regular for a refill, the doctors office immediately called us back and said not to increase the medication. Dr Novak’s time has come and gone he is out of touch, insensitive, and not caring at all. At a time that we need caring, professional doctors, we get doctor death. We will not be seeing him again!!!

I would strongly not recommend this guy. He is rude and has a terrible bed side manor. If belittling old woman with cancer is your thing then he's your guy!
