Been my doctor for 30 years. Kind thoughtful thorough and direct (keeps it real). 100% trust in him.

Poor bedside manner/poor treatment plan
I was not impressed with either the care provided nor the bedside manner of this practitioner. He appeared condecending when I inquired about a suspected condition, and retorted that he was the practioner, and that patient input of a suspected problem often biases a physician. He provided medical advice that was counter to that provided by my normal physician and dismissed my concerns for a blood test, because the data in his opinion does not support any vitamin D related insufficiently, aside from bone density, and deferred ordering the test, claiming he was not my regular physician. In Mychart he actually wrote that he denied the test and mentioned that I had "gotten my hands on" medication, which makes it sound as if the perscription obtained from my primary was inproperly obtained and that I was self medicating. Aside from feeling slighted, I felt this was a waste of time, for peer reviewed literature substantiated concerns that were not addressed by the practioner.

He's always rushed and has been playing medication roulette with my father's health. Each side effect from the medications he prescribed him only made his condition worse. For that reason, I will be seeking another doctor. He has all the time in the world to go on TV but he doesn't have enough time to actually care about his patients. I'm done.

I believe he is a great doctor, but must be over booked because he is ALWAYS EXTREMELY RUSHED. He doesn't take the necessary time I would like to have to answer questions or explain things in detail.
