Got my prescription wrong, returned, got it wrong again. Sold me $800 glasses with guarantee they finally had it right. They didn't. Charged me another $500 to correct the lenses. Now I'm at $1300 plus another problem pair of glasses, etc. Very difficult to deal with. Not professional. Doesn't understand what she is doing, clearly. Everything is done to drive you into buying the most expensive possible glasses. They didn't even serve me on time. Cannot recommend.
