Excellent doctor for a full body annual skin check. His assistant was excellent too. Highly recommend.

I saw dr chen for a small rash on my back that I haven’t been able to get rid of for over a year. He prescribed me a steroid cream and said it should clear up in a week, which surprised me that it would be that easy, but I believed him and was happy. I used it for 3 weeks and it actually seemed to get worse and more itchy. I used my chart to message him about it and sent update photos. I said phone calls are not convenient for me, since I had been having issues with a glitchy phone, and asked if he could just message me on my chart and let me know if there were any other options. I guess he refused to message me, I never once heard from him, only the nurse, who told me I would have to make an appt and come in again. I work 3 jobs and don’t have a car, it took me months to finally make the first appointment. If I have to pay to go in just to have it looked at again, I’m going to a different doctor. Very frustrating and not accommodating at all
