Waited 5 months to see her as she is the only rheumatologist in this area. But first let me say her staff are great. She however, like another reviewer said, made it clear right away she didn't think anything was wrong despite blood tests and symptoms. When she saw I was on an antidepressant she immediately attributed my joint pain to "just being depressed". Well, I'm not depressed, I'm on meds to prevent it. She asked me questions in a condescending way and kind of fought me on answers. Example: Her: What happens when you go in the sun? My answer: I burn easily. Her: But what happens to you? My answer: Well if I don't wear sunblock, I get a sunburn. Her: And what happens? My answer: I TURN RED. Her: Ok. Theres a lot of other things I could go on about but the point is, go elsewhere, it will be worth the trip.

This rheumatologist makes it clear straight away that she couldn't care less about you, or your health concerns. The goal is simply to get you out of her office as quickly as possible, regardless of how negatively that mentality, and lack of genuine treatment, affects your outlook and outcome. On top of the corner-cutting and borderline dangerous assumptions, you are treated like nothing but an inconvenience to her during every moment she sees you, which is usually a few minutes at most. It is almost like she is put in place to punish you for not having health insurance. Do your research, avoid this doctor at all costs. Even going without treatment is a better option.

Fights for her patients to have appropriate medicine with insurance companies circus. She's not "snappy", she's direct and to the point. Love her, as she was the first doctor to properly treat arthritis.

45 min waited in room for Dr. Quinones. Talks fast, talks over you, repeats questions and after she finishes a sentence each times asks "Any Questions" in a snappy tone then cuts you off if you try to ask. It felt like a bootcamp. Very uncomfortable appointment. Left with nothing to go on. Waited 4 months to see her. Waste of time. Your better off diagnosing yourself. Seek another Dr.
