Dr. Folino listened, asked good questions, which brought up things I hadn't thought of, was calm and patient, answered my questions thoroughly, and gave me a good plan. They make appointments, but not guaranteed to be with a specific doc. I wanted to see her for my back, since she'a a doctor of Osteopathy, and they made it happen after a little wait until she was free. Waiting area plays health advice videos, which are too stressful for sick people to listen to.
