I didn't get a chance to even make an appointment because I was berated on the phone to even make the initial appointment. Never have I ever contacted a specialist's office and given attitude immediately about only having a single medical insurance, if there was a referral (which there was), and why would the doctor refer to a neurosurgeon and not a neurologist. Judging by the negative reviews here, it looks like the staff has been abysmal for quite some time.

Dr. Love is a very caring doctor with awesome personality

Dr. Love performed surgery on my lower back herniated disk over a decade ago. I saw immediate relief and am still going strong! Wonderful communication and bed side manner. I highly recommend her!

This Dr may be knowledgeable and good at her job but still, beware. Her office practice leaves much to be desired. I canceled an appointment but apparently, they still charged me a $175 no-show fee... I never received a bill for this charge but she sent it to collections. I only learned of the charge when it hit my credit. When I called the office to pay the charge they very rudely told me to contact the collection company. They would not provide me with said company’s contact as they claimed they did not have it. It has taken several phone calls to discover who to pay. The whole time they renewed the collection to look like a new charge every month!!!!! Very poor form in a Dr office! Stay away.

Dr Love quite simply is one of if not the best in her field. With talent matched only by her compassion and her keen ability to access a situation and lead in her patience path to recovery. I would (and have) trust my life to her!

Dr. Love has been a lifesaver for me. Her staff is excellent and is willing to go the extra mile for me. I am so grateful for everything that she did to help me.

From the beginning, Dr. Love and her staff showed professionalism and compassion. Even in a tremendous amount of pain, I never left the office without a smile. It's been a little over a year since Dr. Love performed my ACDF surgery and I would say my neck and arms are 95% back to normal. I am confident the last 5% will come as well. Thank You, Dr. Love and Staff!!!

Dr. Love is very professional and the best. She is very forthcoming in explaining how my surjery would be performed and what to expect. I would highly recommend Dr. Love to anyone who needs surjery.

Dr. Love is a wonderful , compassionate physician. As well as her staff. I would highly recommend the practice.

Dr. Love is great. Her reputation as a surgeon is unquestioned. She's professional and empathetic. She spends enough time with patients and explains things in a very understandable way. However, her staff (specifically Karen), could not be more unprofessional. She is downright rude. Any question is met with a harsh response that would only be appropriate if she herself was being treated disrespectfully or personally insulted. More than one family member has had this same experience with staff.

I saw Dr Love after getting two other Surgeon opinions, she was highly recommended after I was not happy with two other surgeons i had previously seen. My 1st appointment with her, she took much time and was hands down the right surgeon to go forward with. Her staff Karen and Pam are also both great . I had Dr Love perform a two level disc replacement at Tampa General.I highly recommend Dr Love and Tampa General

Dr Love and her staff are amazing. They are knowledgeable and extremely helpful. They helped me with two out of the ordinary issues to do with insurance. It took their time and they did not have to do it, but they wrote letters for me. Dr. Love did an excellent job of surgery. This was my second back surgery and I am able to walk now with out pain. She spent quality time with me at each appointment and I felt she was very caring. I never felt rushed. I highly recommend her and the staff

Dr. Love is a wonderful surgeon however I wouldn't recommend her due to her incompetent office staff and her availability. It takes a month to get an appointment as an established patient. Her office staff is rude and the office manager is just as rude as the lady behind the front desk.

The total experience with Dr Love and her staff was excellent . Dr Love reviewed my MRI and explained to me what she could do to relieve my pain , I had spinal stenosis and the operation was uneventful for me with immediate relief from the pain that I had endured for 4 years . What a life changing result for me.

Have been to 2 other Nero doctors was not satisfied at all. Would recommend Dr Love to anyone who ask. Love Dr Love!

I had been going through every treatment advised to resolve a lumbar issue prior to getting surgery. Met with doctor after doctor and couldn't commit. After one visit with this amazing doctor who took the time to listen and discuss my condition and my lack of options at this point, I immediately trusted her and we decided to go ahead with spinal fusion. She did an amazing job and I'm recovering quickly with no sciatic pain at all. She is a truly an honest, caring and amazingly talented surgeon.

I was very scared to have surgery. I put it off for more than a decade... I met with Dr. Love just in time to spare myself from permanent paralysis. She's the best! It would take me at least 3 or 4 second opinions to outweigh hers diagnosis.

Very patient doctor and doesn't look at surgery as a first option. Will give you honest opinion and take the time necessary to understand what the issue is and recommend options accordingly. Performed a successful surgery and I am virtually pain-free at 3 weeks post-op
