Avoid Like the Plague
You’ll have to call the office multiple times every month to get a medication refill. The guy tells you one thing during one visit and then forgets what he said and tells you the opposite on the next. The whole facility is just a nightmare.

It’s been several months. I never received a bill which is normal. I have 2 insurances so I never questioned it. I get this bill from a collection agency and I told them it must not have been filed correctly, or at all. I told them I don’t owe that but oh they know everything. They say you owe and anything you say does not matter. So I called the group dr Cadillac works with, nope can’t help ya. I called the hospital, nope can’t help ya. Everyone says call your insurance company or call these people or those people... nothing but run around trying to do their jobs for them. Not anymore. BBB is next if they don’t fix this crap. They only did half their job, filed with 1 of my insurance companies. After the BBB I will file with the state medical board. some body better start doing their job.
